Introductory Session
An initial session, of up to 20 minutes, is completely free of charge and without obligation.
Choosing a counsellor that feels right for you is an important step so this first session is an opportunity to ask any questions, share any concerns you may have, and to get a sense of whether I am the right person for you.
This first 20 minute session can be over the phone, zoom or in person - whichever is most comfortable for you.
Regular Sessions
If you decide to make a further booking, regular sessions are 50 minutes and will be charged at
£60 per session. These sessions are available remotely, via zoom, or face to face in Kings Langley.
