Whether you are looking for support for yourself, or for someone you care about, I understand that finding the right person can be a daunting task.
Whatever difficulties you are facing right now, I can offer a safe,
non-judgemental space, providing the privacy to talk freely about what matters to you.
No two people are the same, you are the only person who understands exactly what life is like for you, but I will do my best to listen and see the world as you see it.
I currently offer support for adults or young people, over the age of thirteen. I can provide sessions remotely, at a time to suit you, or face to face in Kings Langley, Hertfordshire.
